Refund & Returns Policy — Greenway Apiaries

Because honey is a food product, all sales are final once shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you are unhappy for any reason, contact us within 48 hours and we will do everything we can to resolve it.

Damaged Items:
Send a photo of the damaged package to greenwayapiaries@gmail.com so we can file a claim and replace it if needed.

Order Changes:
Need to modify an order? Contact us within 12 hours of checkout.
